Matte Black Aluminum
The default powder-coat finish is matte black across the frame and slats. Match the color and sheen on a coated profile, including slat ends and the edge where the frame meets the running gear.
Manual Aluminum Sliding Driveway Gate
The selected leaf uses horizontal aluminum slats within an 80 × 40 × 3 mm perimeter frame. The slat profiles are 100 × 20 × 1.5 mm. Keep their sections, connection details and end closures together on the fabrication schedule.
Two V-groove wheels carry the selected manual leaf along a matching ground track. Upper guide rollers control the leaf near the posts; positive stops and retention details belong to the same operating assembly.
A pull, latch and guide arrangement complete the manual gate. The selected package has no motor or remote control. A future operator requires a separate assessment of the leaf, running gear, travel limits and safety devices.

Warm white retains the same selected leaf and hardware arrangement. Keep the coating reference with adjoining fence panels and posts so different extrusion faces do not receive unrelated shades of white.
Bronze tone is a coating color on aluminum. The requested extrusion grade and temper remain 6063-T6.

The selected clear driveway opening is 4000 mm. A 4200 mm leaf provides a total 200 mm overlap in the closed elevation, shown as 100 mm at each side of the opening. Keep clear passage and leaf width as separate dimensions.
The gate needs clear space beside the opening for the complete moving leaf and its stops. Show the open and closed positions, guide posts, latch post and any pedestrian route on the site plan; the 4000 mm passage is not the runback length.
Set the ground-track route against finished driveway levels and drainage. The supporting concrete, anchors, roller guidance and wind loads need a project design.
List leaf width, leaf height, frame and slat sections, alloy requirement and finish reference. The selected leaf is 4200 mm wide × 1600 mm high, separate from the height of any track or foundation.
Count the two wheels, track length, guide assemblies, pull, latch and end stops. Keep retention components with the operating hardware so a quotation for a bare leaf is not compared with a complete manual gate.
Identify included guide or latch posts and their base connections individually. Survey, foundations, drainage, driveway work and installation each go on their own quote line, with the actual site responsibilities named.
Protect the slat faces and exposed corners, and label hardware by gate reference. State destination access and unloading arrangements for the full-width leaf; a split transport joint changes the fabrication and finishing work.
It is the clear driveway opening. The selected leaf is 4200 mm wide, with 100 mm closed overlap at each side. Keep the opening, leaf width and total travel on the gate elevation.
The selected assembly is manually operated. A motor, controller, power supply and safety devices form a separate automation package matched to the final gate and site.
Two V-groove wheels run on a matching ground track while upper guides control the leaf. Stops, retention and latch components must be scheduled with that assembly.
Reserve space for the full moving leaf and its operating hardware beyond the driveway opening. The exact runback depends on the open position, stops, posts and site obstructions; show it on the plan as its own dimension, beyond the clear opening.
No. The frame and slat sizes are selected procurement requirements. The leaf, guides, posts, track, fixings and foundations need to be designed together for the project conditions.
Use the same approved coating reference and coordinate the slat pattern on the gate and fixed fence elevations. Keep gate operating gaps, posts and hardware separate from fixed-panel components.
