Full-Length Fluted Field Tile
The 50 × 300 × 12 mm field piece builds a continuous ribbed wall. Its 0.015 m² rectangular face is the basis for the piece schedule, with the joint allowance carried in the installed module.
Fluted Glazed Ceramic Wall Tiles with Three Rounded Ribs
Each field tile carries three rounded convex ribs along its 300 mm length. The raised face changes the light across a wall while the flat back provides a continuous setting surface.
The wall-tile design uses a 6 mm back section and up to 6 mm of face relief, giving 12 mm at the rib crests. The same overall depth is used for the smooth terminal tile so its face meets the adjoining rib crests.
A warm ivory satin glaze covers the ceramic face, and color, reflected light and the glaze in the rib valleys are judged together on the profile sample used for the order.

The 50 × 300 × 12 mm field piece builds a continuous ribbed wall. Its 0.015 m² rectangular face is the basis for the piece schedule, with the joint allowance carried in the installed module.
The 50 × 300 × 12 mm companion has a flat face in the matching ivory glaze, giving a deliberate smooth strip at a border, return or change in the wall composition.
The 50 × 150 × 12 mm half piece retains the same three-rib end profile. It allows a shorter course or alternating end detail to be scheduled with complete manufactured components.

A vertical layout emphasizes height; a horizontal layout carries the rib pattern across the wall. The elevation marks the rib direction and the position of smooth terminal strips at each run.
A 2 mm joint gives a 52 × 302 mm repeating module for the full field tile. A half tile uses a 52 × 152 mm module. Edge pieces, corners and movement-joint positions are counted on the actual wall elevation.
The 12 mm tile section sits over the specified setting layer and prepared wall substrate. Adjoining panels, outlet plates, skirting and corner returns are detailed from the finished rib-crest plane.
List full fluted tiles, smooth terminals and half tiles as separate quantities. Keep orientation, finished wall areas, cuts and spare pieces with the elevation reference.
Keep the approved ivory glaze and three-rib section with the order, with corner treatments, cut edges and any matched finishing pieces on the same material schedule.
Identify the wall substrate, setting materials, 2 mm grout joints, movement joints and finished-plane interfaces, with installation materials and site work itemized and assigned.
Pack the relief faces with separators and protect projecting ribs and corners. Location labels distinguish the tile type, orientation, quantity and destination wall run.
The field tile has three rounded convex ribs running its full length. The section combines a 6 mm back with up to 6 mm of raised relief, giving 12 mm at the crests.
The design includes a 50 × 300 × 12 mm fluted field tile, a 50 × 300 × 12 mm smooth terminal and a 50 × 150 × 12 mm fluted half tile. The ivory glaze coordinates the three components.
A full tile repeats on a 52 × 302 mm module; a half tile repeats on 52 × 152 mm. The elevation uses those modules to set course ends and border positions before the pieces and spare allowance are totaled.
Its 50 × 300 mm rectangular face is 0.015 m². The repeating full-tile module including joint allocation is 0.015704 m²; the final takeoff also accounts for wall edges, cuts and movement joints.
The smooth companion is 12 mm thick overall, putting its flat face level with the rib crests, and the setting detail keeps the bedding thickness consistent through the transition.
Send tile-component quantities, rib direction, wall elevation, glaze and profile reference and destination, plus borders, corner treatment, cut edges, spare pieces and setting and grout needs.
