An Itemized Restaurant Millwork Package

We turn the developed counter and joinery plans into a proposed supply list, separating each assembly and its included parts. The quote connects quantities and construction choices to the same item references used for drawings and finish selection.

Package detailWhat the proposal identifies
Counters & Cabinet AssembliesService, cashier and backbar units listed by location, dimensions and quantity. Curved sections, open shelves and individual feature pieces remain identifiable items.
Included ComponentsCabinet boxes, doors, drawer units, exposed fronts, end panels, toe kicks and selected fittings. Countertops, glass, metal trim and lighting have their own lines where requested.
Materials & Selection ReferencesPanel construction, surface finish, edge detail and hardware model attached to each item. Proposed alternatives show the differences in material, appearance and price.
Order & Packing ReferencesThe accepted quantities, drawing issue and finish references for the supply order, with the agreed item labels and packing split for delivery and local assembly.

Counter supply components

Top, edges and returns. Fronts, end panels and toe kicks. Cabinet boxes and selected fittings.

  • Included millwork

Parts, quantities and materials. Finish and hardware references. Drawing issue for the order.

  • Separate supply & local work

Equipment and service connections. Top fabrication, if by others. Receiving and site assembly.

Service Counters, Backbar Cabinets & Display Joinery

Customer Counters & Backbar Units

We source the cabinetry and facing components for ordering, payment, pickup and drink-service positions shown in your plan. The package distinguishes the customer-facing finish from staff-side storage and equipment bays. A stone top, sink or display case receives its own supply and cutout reference so it is clear who supplies each part.

Stone Selection & Cutout Review

Wait Stations, Shelving & Display Cabinets

Wait stations can combine cutlery drawers, tray storage and doors; backbar and display units can combine open shelves, glazed fronts and enclosed storage. We price the arrangement and fittings on your elevations. Adjacent banquette seating, dining tables and equipment supplied by others stay on the interface list so matching finishes and access are reviewed without adding them to the millwork order.

Office & Commercial Cabinets

Counter Finishes, Edges & Cabinet Hardware

We split the counter face, work surface and cabinet interior in the product selection. The quoted material and edge detail follow each surface’s position, exposure and cleaning requirements.

Panel Construction & Surface Finish

The selection names the cabinet box and the exposed fronts one by one, with the requested color, grain direction or surface pattern. Areas beside sinks and ice equipment are marked for a material and joint review using the actual product information.

Counter Edges, Corners & Joints

We bring the top thickness and overhang, exposed edges, returns and planned seams into the counter supply discussion. Curved fronts and trim require their own construction and finish references.

Staff Access & Selected Fittings

Hinges, drawer slides, pulls, locks and shelf supports are selected by item. Their model and arrangement need to work with door swings, drawer access and service panels around equipment. Any requested product test or finish documentation must match the proposed material or fitting.

Equipment Openings, Countertops & Site Access

We compare the millwork proposal with equipment installation information and locally verified dimensions. A change to an undercounter machine can affect the bay, top, adjoining storage and access panel together; unresolved interfaces return to the affected item before production authorization.

Samples, Millwork Approval & Production Release

The buyer reviews the priced assemblies, selected finishes and product details before authorizing manufacture. We coordinate those decisions with the supply team so the accepted quote and the production references describe the same counter or cabinet.

  1. Review the Priced Assemblies

We identify included components and gaps against the developed plan. Countertop supply, equipment, glass, lighting and site work are assigned to the millwork quote or to the relevant other supplier before the package is accepted.

  2. Resolve Samples & Product Details

Finish comments attach to the material reference; dimensional or construction comments attach to the drawing issue. A changed edge, hardware model or equipment bay goes back to the affected item and price. Any requested assembled sample is defined on its own before preparation.

  3. Authorize the Named Order Revision

Buyer authorization identifies the accepted item list, quantities, finishes and drawing revision for manufacture. We carry those references into the production and packing handoff. Changes requested afterward are assessed against materials ordered and work already completed before a revised cost and schedule are agreed.

Qualified local teams retain site measurement, installation, commercial-kitchen appliances, exhaust, gas, plumbing, electrical and fire-system work, plus food-safety and code approvals. We coordinate product openings and access using their requirements; specialist systems and local approval are separate from millwork supply.

Restaurant Millwork Quotes & Separate Costs

The quote follows the number and construction of the assemblies, their finishes, fittings and quantities, with drawing work, samples and delivery costs marked as included or extra.

Construction, Materials & Quantities
Curved fronts, exposed end panels, glazed units, metal trims, internal drawers and selected hardware change the work behind each item. Proposed alternatives retain their own material and component description so the buyer can compare the price on the same supply basis.
Drawings, Samples & Top Fabrication
Detailed shop drawings, finish samples and an assembled counter or edge section each have their own line when requested. Stone selection, cutting and local templating also need assigned responsibility.
Packing, Freight & Local Assembly
Large counter sections, fragile tops, separate dispatches and limited receiving access affect protection and handling costs. Our quote identifies packing and freight, while duties, unloading, movement inside the venue and local assembly each have an assigned party and cost responsibility.

Restaurant & Cafe Millwork Procurement Questions

Can I order a single cafe counter instead of a full fit-out package?

Yes. A counter, backbar run or service-storage group can be the requested package. Send its dimensions, elevations, finish direction and equipment list. We review the actual construction, quantity and packing needs before confirming price, minimum order conditions and timing.

Can you quote while the restaurant plans are still being developed?

A preliminary proposal can use developed layouts and clearly listed assumptions. Final fabrication needs verified dimensions and settled product details. If the seating plan, service sequence or overall interior concept still needs design work, that is its own design commission and falls outside this procurement quote.

What happens if I change an equipment model after approving the counter?

We compare the replacement model’s installation information with the affected cabinet, top and access details. The supply team checks what can still change at the current production stage, then identifies any revised parts, cost and timing for buyer agreement. A replacement machine is not assumed to fit the earlier opening.

Can I review the counter edge or curved front before ordering the full package?

Request a sample section or assembled piece that includes the edge, joint or curve you need to judge. We review preparation, materials, size and delivery costs before confirming it. A surface swatch can support color and texture selection; the requested assembly is a separate sample task.

Does the millwork package include food-safety or local code approval?

No. The local designer, equipment specialist and approving authorities determine the requirements for the restaurant. We can review requests for documentation tied to a proposed material or product. A cabinet finish choice does not establish food-contact suitability, fire compliance or approval of the commercial kitchen.

How do you handle a counter that cannot enter the shop in one piece?

We review the supplied delivery-route dimensions with the counter construction before the order is released. Proposed transport sections, exposed joints and local assembly work then need buyer and installer agreement. The local team verifies the access route and takes responsibility for receiving, moving and installing the sections.
