When something needs fixing after delivery

Send us the order reference, the item and two photographs. We check it against the drawings and the photos we took before loading, and tell you what we will do.

What arrives with your order

Cabinets you can actually fit

We label every carton by room and by unit and put the installation drawings in the box, so your fitter can see where each panel goes and which hardware belongs to it without calling us. Cabinet positions, panel identities, hardware and the products next to them all appear on the same sheet.

People whose job this actually is

Our installation and after-sales people are separate from the production team. They are not squeezing your question in between factory jobs — answering it is what they do.

What to send us

Stone dimension check

If something does not work

Tell us which item and what it is doing: a drawer that will not close, a hinge that drops, a door that fouls a panel. Describe what you can see and we will work backwards to the cause.

If something looks wrong

Send us two photographs — one close up on the problem, one far enough back to show the whole product. Those two pictures answer most of our questions before we have to ask them.

Package label record

If it happened in transit

Keep the packaging and photograph it before you throw it out, along with the carton labels. If a claim has to be made, those photographs are what make it work.

How we handle it

Visitors in a bathroom display area
  1. 1. Tell us the order

Send the order or quotation reference, the room, the item and a short description, with the photographs. One message is enough to start.

    Contact NOVARMIA about an order
  2. 2. We check it against what we shipped

We pull your approved drawings, the inspection photographs taken before loading, and the packing record, and compare them with what you are seeing now. That usually tells us where it went wrong.

  3. 3. We tell you what we will do

Sometimes it is a five-minute adjustment we can walk you through. Sometimes it is a part we need to send. We will tell you which, what it costs if anything, and how long it takes, before you have to chase us.

Getting the right part

Send us the hardware model, the size, the finish reference and the cabinet ID from the drawing. With those four we can usually identify the exact part first time instead of shipping you something close.

Remote help and someone on site are different things

Drawings, installation video and live calls with our technical team about the products you bought are included with your order; new drawings or design changes are quoted before work starts. Sending a technician to your site is a separate arrangement — we will quote the travel, the labour and the time before anyone books a flight.

Questions after delivery

What should I put in the first message?

The order reference, which room and item, what is happening, and two photographs — one close, one wide. That is usually enough for us to find the cause without a second round of emails.

Can you help while we are installing?

Yes, and we would rather you called during than after. Send the cabinet ID and the drawing sheet number and we will get on a video call with you while the fitter is still standing there.

Is there one warranty period for everything?

No. A cabinet carcass, a soft-close hinge and a light fitting do not carry the same terms, and a single number would not be true. Your quotation lists the warranty against each item, and we will go through it with you before you sign.

Can a damaged part be replaced?

Usually yes. Send us the part details and the order reference and we will confirm availability, cost and lead time. On larger projects we often ship a small box of spare hardware with the order so the site is not waiting on us at all.

Does remote support include a local fitting crew?

No. Remote guidance on the products you bought is included with the order; new drawings, design changes or extended support are quoted first. A local crew or one of our technicians attending site is quoted separately, so you can see the cost and decide.

Can I still get parts for an old order?

Send us the original order number and what you need. We keep the specification records, so even on older projects we can usually identify the part and tell you honestly whether it is still available.
