Satin White Glaze
Satin white is the default selected face. Keep the glaze reference consistent between straight pieces and the chosen corner or end components.
Ceramic Cove Base Tile with a Concave Floor Return
The selected cove joins a vertical wall leg to a horizontal floor return through a 25 mm inside radius, with the glazed face curving inward through the floor-to-wall junction.
The selected overall wall height is 100 mm and the floor projection is 50 mm. Nominal body thickness at the flat legs is 8 mm, with the curved profile detailed as part of the same ceramic piece.
The selected straight length is 200 mm. Corners, ends and cut pieces are scheduled alongside the straight runs so the profile continues through the actual room perimeter.

Satin white is the default selected face. Keep the glaze reference consistent between straight pieces and the chosen corner or end components.
The light gray option retains the same selected cove section, straight length and body dimensions. Its sample reference follows the adjoining wall and floor finish.
The charcoal option uses the same profile and size in a darker selected glaze, with tone and sheen identified on the ceramic sample.

Five 200 mm pieces total 1000 mm of ceramic length before joints. The order count also needs the selected joint layout, ends, corners and any short cuts.
List 90° inside corners, outside corners and end pieces on their own lines. Each one is shaped to the selected cove face and floor return, so they are counted next to the straight tiles as distinct pieces.
The 100 mm wall height and 50 mm floor return sit within the complete floor/wall detail. Adhesive, grout, joint treatment and adjoining finish levels are separate assembly requirements.
Quote the selected cove section, 200 mm straight length, glaze and piece count. Keep the net run lengths separate from the ordered ceramic count.
Identify inside corners, outside corners and left/right end conditions by location. These pieces have their own counts in the same cove-base schedule.
List short cut lengths and any required finished exposed ends independently from whole straight pieces. Keep their glaze and orientation with the adjoining run.
Group straight pieces, corners and ends by profile and room reference. Protective packing, destination and any installation materials ordered with the tiles belong on the order.
The selected cove has a concave inside radius between its wall leg and floor return. A bullnose forms an outward rounded edge; its profile and purpose are different.
The straight piece is 200 mm long, with a 100 mm overall wall height, 50 mm floor projection and 25 mm inside radius. Nominal body thickness at the flat legs is 8 mm.
The selected options are satin white, light gray and charcoal. Each uses the same cove geometry and straight-piece length, with the glaze sample kept alongside the matching corner and end references.
Five 200 mm pieces equal 1000 mm of ceramic length before joints. Use the actual run and joint layout, then add corners, ends, short cuts and agreed spare pieces as their own counts.
Inside corners, outside corners and ends are separate scheduled components. Identify their type and location so they match the same cove profile and glaze.
Include the profile dimensions, glaze, straight run layout, joint arrangement and counts of corners, ends and cut pieces. Add room references, packing requirements and destination to the schedule.
