WPC Flooring Body & Printed Decorative Face

Wood-Plastic Composite Body

The flooring body is wood-plastic composite, with a printed decorative layer carrying the pattern. The body material and surface artwork serve different roles: the composite forms the board, while the print establishes its wood-look appearance. The material selection covers the complete flooring product as well as the decor name.

Printed Wood-Look Surface

The printed face can create a linear strip appearance or a herringbone-style design. Grain direction, repeat and color affect how the floor reads across a bedroom or closet. The design selection also includes how the pattern meets doorways and adjacent room finishes.

Interior Bedroom & Closet Flooring

This offer is for interior floors in bedrooms and closets. The floor package coordinates the board body, printed face and room-edge components. Doorway levels, wardrobe plinths, skirting and access for floor maintenance are part of that interior layout.

10 mm vs 12 mm WPC Flooring & Pattern Choice

Comparison of 10mm and 12mm WPC board bodies and their installed surface levels

10 mm Flooring Body

The 10 mm version uses 2 mm less body thickness than the 12 mm version. Where the installation layers stay the same, its finished surface sits 2 mm lower. That is a concrete difference at existing door clearances, thresholds and adjoining floor finishes.

12 mm Flooring Body

The 12 mm version adds 2 mm to the flooring body compared with 10 mm. Its higher surface level needs to be considered with the chosen underlay or other installation layers. Board thickness and the decorative pattern are independent selections; a thicker body does not specify a different printed design.

Strip or Herringbone-Style Appearance

Strip styling creates a long directional rhythm. Herringbone styling creates repeated angled movement. The selected pattern is coordinated with the actual board format and joint arrangement, so the visual design, physical layout and cutting quantity work together.

WPC Floor Height, Room Layout & Thresholds

Door Clearances & Adjacent Floor Levels

The finished height starts with the selected 10 or 12 mm body and adds any installation layers. Existing doors and adjoining floors set the available height at a doorway. The transition profile follows those two finished levels, including the actual substrate and underlay conditions.

Room Direction & Wardrobe Interfaces

A bedroom layout includes the bed position, entrance and connection to an adjoining closet. Strip direction can visually connect those spaces; an angled pattern changes the cuts at the same boundaries. Fixed wardrobe plinths, skirting and door tracks have their own positions relative to the finished floor.

Board Format, Joints & Accessories

The physical board length, width and joint geometry determine how the flooring fits together. The selected flooring and its installation instructions govern substrate preparation, joining, edge details and any separate underlay.

WPC Thickness, Pattern & Floor-Package Costs

10 mm or 12 mm Material Selection

The flooring schedule identifies the selected thickness and material quantity. Both thicknesses use the same WPC interior-flooring build and printed decorative face, and installation layers and room transitions are counted as their own lines next to the board.

Pattern & Room Cutting Layout

Strip and herringbone-style designs produce different visual directions and perimeter cuts. The selected board format, pattern repeat and room geometry determine the takeoff. A fixed waste allowance cannot replace that layout for every room shape.

Skirting, Thresholds & Installation Layers

Perimeter trim, doorway transitions and any underlay or moisture-control components form separate order lines. A bedroom-to-closet connection can need different edge treatment from a junction with tile or stone. The package identifies those boundaries by room reference.

Packing, Freight & Site Installation

Packing and freight follow the actual shipment quantity and destination. Site leveling, removal of old finishes, floor laying and disposal are separate work items. A flooring-material order and an installed-room package therefore have different contents. Tell us the rooms and quantities and we will put this on one quote with everything else you are ordering, and show you what fits in a container.

WPC Interior Flooring FAQs

What is the difference between 10 mm and 12 mm WPC flooring?

The body-thickness difference is 2 mm. On the same installation layers, the 12 mm version places the finished surface 2 mm higher than the 10 mm version. Compare that height with door clearances and adjoining floors.

Is the wood-look surface solid wood?

The design is a printed decorative face over a wood-plastic composite flooring body, and the print controls its wood-look appearance. The board material and decorative design are specified as two parts of the flooring selection.

Can I choose strip or herringbone-style flooring?

Yes. Both appearance styles are offered. Their visual direction and perimeter cuts differ, so the chosen design is coordinated with the actual board format and joint arrangement.

Where is this flooring intended to be used?

The stated application is interior bedrooms and closets. The complete floor selection includes its installation layers, room-edge details and maintenance requirements. Other applications need a floor-system specification suited to their conditions.

How do I coordinate the floor with existing doors?

Use the selected 10 or 12 mm flooring body plus the actual installation layers to establish the finished level. Compare that level with the door swing, threshold and adjoining surface. A separate transition can handle a change in floor level or edge condition.

Are skirting and underlay included with the boards?

Only components listed in the order are included. Boards, skirting, doorway profiles and any underlay or moisture-control layers are separate items. Site preparation and laying are also distinguished from material supply.
