600 × 300 mm Rectangular Slab
The standard rectangle has 0.18 m² of net stone face, and its two-to-one proportion suits a regular linear layout, with the 5 mm joint added to the repeating paving module.
Flamed Gray Granite Paving Slabs with Sawn Edges
The paving is natural gray granite with a crystalline grain. Color and mineral distribution vary between stones, so the approved range is set from a group of stones, and a single small face or printed chip is only a starting point.
The selected top is flamed and the edges are sawn straight for a regular paving layout. These are finish and edge requirements.
All three selected face formats use 30 mm nominal thickness. The supporting base, bedding and expected traffic are separate design inputs.

The standard rectangle has 0.18 m² of net stone face, and its two-to-one proportion suits a regular linear layout, with the 5 mm joint added to the repeating paving module.
The smaller square has 0.09 m² of net stone face at the same 30 mm thickness. It changes the joint frequency and cut-piece schedule without introducing a different stone color or finish.
The larger square has 0.36 m² of net stone face. Layout, handling, bedding contact and perimeter cuts need to follow its larger format; the selected material and flamed top remain the same.

With the selected 5 mm joints, the repeating modules are 605 × 305, 305 × 305 and 605 × 605 mm for the three formats. These module dimensions include a joint allocation and are separate from the net stone faces.
Coordinate the slab layout with the actual supporting base, bedding system, falls and outlets.
Show full slabs, cut pieces, edge restraints and movement joints on the paving plan. Keep approved color/texture range references with the stone order, and separate any special exposed-edge treatment from the standard sawn edges.
Quote slab dimensions, 30 mm thickness and full-piece counts alongside net stone face area, with joint area and waste allowance stated as their own figures.
List the approved gray granite range, flamed top, sawn edges and any different edge finish. Quarry identity or performance classifications come with supporting documents when the project needs them.
Count border cuts, steps, drain cuts and special pieces individually. Bedding, grout or joint filler, edge restraints, waterproofing and site installation are added only when expressly included.
Label bundles by format, stone range and paving-zone reference. Packing, handling equipment, destination access and unloading responsibilities need to match the 30 mm stone pieces and their actual packaged weights.
They describe the selected stone face and 30 mm nominal thickness. The three face formats are 600 × 300, 300 × 300 and 600 × 600 mm; the selected 5 mm joints add to the repeating installed module.
Net face areas are 0.18 m² for 600 × 300 mm, 0.09 m² for 300 × 300 mm and 0.36 m² for 600 × 600 mm, before joints, cuts and waste are allowed for.
Flaming leaves a textured, non-polished surface that is widely used for terraces, pool decks and steps. When your project requires a slip value, we supply the test result for the selected granite and finish.
Traffic, bedding contact, base construction, span and installation need to be designed together for the actual paving use.
Natural granite varies in grain and shade, so the order keeps an approved material range and layout references, and each slab falls within that range.
List full slabs, cut pieces, finish requirements and quantities apart from bedding, joint materials, drainage, edge restraints and installation, then add the paving layout, site use, destination and any material test documents required.
