300 × 300 mm Square Face
The default module has a 300 × 300 mm porcelain face on its matched clip grid. Its 0.09 m² net face area is separate from edge tabs and any assembled layout joints.
Interlocking Porcelain Deck Tiles on Drainage Grids
The wearing face is 20 mm gray stone-look porcelain with a light texture: one continuous tile face on its drainage grid.
A selected 10 mm black polypropylene base supports the porcelain face and carries the interlocking edge details. Matching male/female tabs connect adjacent modules, with the base geometry specified for each face format.
The 20 mm face and 10 mm base total 30 mm selected assembled thickness. The open ribbed grid provides a drainage-path design, while base support and actual drainage performance depend on the surrounding installation.

The default module has a 300 × 300 mm porcelain face on its matched clip grid. Its 0.09 m² net face area is separate from edge tabs and any assembled layout joints.
The rectangular format has a 0.18 m² net porcelain face with a matching supporting grid. Clip positions and underside support need to suit that format.
The larger format has a 0.36 m² net porcelain face on the same 20+10 mm construction, with handling, perimeter cuts and base contact planned for the bigger module and its support.

Set the grid on a stable supporting surface at the right levels; the module is a surface covering laid over a structural deck.
Keep the drainage route, outlets and any underlying waterproofing accessible and coordinated with the grid.
Lay out full modules, cut edges, returns and any transition strips before counting the order. Exposed tabs and partial grids need their own edge detail; pedestal supports and a raised structural deck are outside the selected clip-grid system.
Compare complete porcelain-and-grid modules by selected face dimensions and unit count. Net porcelain area, tab projections, joints and cut/waste allowances are separate quantity fields.
List the gray face reference, 20 mm tile, 10 mm polypropylene base and clip arrangement. Any outdoor, slip, fire, freeze or load evidence is matched to the complete final assembly.
Count perimeter trims, corner details, cut modules and any replacement faces or bases individually, with spare grids and faces on the same module reference so they fit together.
Porcelain edges and plastic tabs are protected in packing, with format labels and pallet counts clearly marked. Surface preparation, waterproofing, drainage changes and installation are site work.
The selected assembly uses a 10 mm interlocking drainage grid directly beneath a 20 mm porcelain face. Pedestals and raised structural supports are outside this configuration.
The stack is 30 mm in total: 20 mm porcelain plus a 10 mm polypropylene grid, the dimensions specified for production.
They describe the porcelain face. Edge-tab projections and assembled joints are separate dimensions, so the face size alone is not a finished layout pitch or outside shipping envelope.
Each selected format needs its own matched base and clip geometry. The actual joint arrangement must be specified where formats meet.
The modules need the base support required by the actual assembly. Interlocking tabs connect modules but do not turn them into a load-bearing deck structure.
Any required suitability must be documented for the actual porcelain, plastic grid and installed assembly, with the supporting surface and exposure identified.
