UV-Lacquer Cabinet Fronts, Edges & Boxes

UV-Lacquered Particleboard Cabinet Fronts

The flat doors and drawer fronts combine UV-cured lacquer with a particleboard core. Their uninterrupted faces show reflections and the alignment of the cabinet joints clearly. Tall doors, drawer banks and appliance fronts use the same slab-door language while retaining separate component sizes.

Lacquer Cabinet Edges & Door Backs

Edges and door backs are separate parts of the front build. Their finish affects the appearance when a door opens, especially on graphite fronts. The front package identifies the face, edge treatment and reverse surface together, including exposed fillers and appliance-panel edges.

Plywood Cabinet Boxes & Soft-Close Storage

The plywood-box option uses 18 mm sides, bottoms and shelves with a supported 6 mm back. It remains separate from the UV-lacquered particleboard fronts. Soft-close hinges and full-extension drawers provide the storage functions; a pullout pantry or organizer is an optional fitting.

Graphite & Near-Black Lacquer Cabinet Fronts

Graphite makes the flat fronts and their reflections prominent. It can cover the island, the base run or a complete cabinet wall. The finish allocation includes the matching end panels, fillers and island backs, so the dark color runs through every exposed part of the cabinetry.

White & Light Gray UV-Lacquer Cabinets

White and light gray are lighter alternatives on the same slab profile. A two-tone kitchen assigns its colors run by run and panel by panel. Physical lacquer samples set the actual shade and sheen next to the countertop, where reflected light can change how they look.

Lacquer Cabinet Sheen & Matching End Panels

A broad lacquered door and a narrow filler reflect light differently. Their finish selection is reviewed together at refrigerator surrounds and island corners. The material specification records the chosen sheen; any measured gloss value carries its measurement angle, keeping appearance apart from scratch or chemical-resistance ratings.

UV-Lacquer Cabinet Layouts & Appliance Panels

Lacquer Cabinet Elevations & Drawer Alignment

The cabinet plan coordinates slab-front divisions with the base, wall and pantry sizes listed in the specification table. Made-to-order widths fit the room and appliance positions. Drawer lines, fixed panels, toe kicks and countertop build-up are all drawn on the finished elevation, so none is lost inside one overall kitchen dimension.

UV-Lacquer Appliance Panels & Service Openings

Refrigerator and dishwasher fronts follow their actual mounting systems and permitted panel sizes. Oven housings retain the appliance ventilation and heat clearances. Sink units preserve access to valves and traps, with protected panel edges around service openings.

Lacquer Cabinet Pulls, Channels & Corner Travel

The slab fronts can use projecting pulls, edge pulls or a recessed grip-channel layout. Each changes finger space and the clearance at corners. The selected pull and door arrangement is coordinated with appliance handles and wall fillers, keeping the flat elevation practical to open.

UV-Lacquer Kitchen Cabinet Cost Factors

Lacquer Cabinet Front Sizes & Component Counts

The front package is counted by component size and quantity. A tall door, drawer bank and island back use different amounts of lacquered surface and edging even when the kitchen run has the same overall length. Fixed decorative panels remain identifiable items.

UV-Lacquer Finish, Edges & Box Materials

The quote lists the lacquered particleboard fronts apart from the plywood cabinet boxes. A second color, a different sheen or an extra finished end changes the finish package, and the face, edge and reverse finish are priced together as one front construction.

Lacquer Cabinet Hinges, Drawers & Organizers

Soft-close hinges, drawer runners and pulls form the cabinet-fitting package. Pullout pantries, drawer dividers and other organizers are optional lines. Their model and quantity sit with the relevant unit, so a storage upgrade shows up clearly without reworking the whole cabinet subtotal.

Lacquer Cabinet Face Protection & Freight

Protective packing covers the lacquer faces and exposed edges. Countertops, sinks, appliances and lighting can be added as extra lines. Freight, duties, unloading and local installation keep their own costs, based on the final packing format and destination. Tell us the rooms and quantities and we will put this on one quote with everything else you are ordering, and show you what fits in a container.

UV-Lacquer Kitchen Cabinet FAQs

What does UV lacquer mean on a kitchen cabinet front?

UV describes curing the lacquer coating with ultraviolet light during production. The specified front core is particleboard. The lacquer face, edges and reverse finish form the complete front build; the UV process is not an outdoor-weathering approval.

Are these UV-lacquer cabinet doors made from MDF or solid wood?

The fronts are particleboard under the UV-lacquer finish, and the plywood box is a different part of the cabinet. MDF fronts or solid timber doors change that construction and are quoted as alternatives.

Can I request graphite, white or light gray lacquer in a different sheen?

Yes. Graphite, white and light gray can be allocated to different cabinet runs or an island. The lacquer sample establishes the shade and sheen, while the schedule includes matching fillers, finished ends and island backs in the same finish selection.

How water-resistant are the UV-lacquer cabinets?

UV lacquer gives the doors a hard, sealed surface that wipes clean easily. Around the sink and dishwasher we add sealed edges, moisture-resistant boards and protective strips, so the cabinets handle everyday kitchen use.

Can an integrated dishwasher or refrigerator use a matching lacquer front?

A matching slab front can form part of an integrated-appliance package. Its size, weight, fixings and opening path follow the exact appliance model. Refrigerator ventilation and dishwasher clearances remain part of that model’s installation requirements.

How should scratches or chips in UV-lacquer cabinet fronts be handled?

If a front is damaged in use or in transit, send us its cabinet position, color and finish reference so the repair or replacement can be arranged. A small local touch-up can reflect light differently from the surrounding lacquer, so the right fix depends on the actual finish and damage as well as the color name.
