CS-1001 Concealed Shower Components & Controls

In-Wall Brass Shower System

The CS-1001/B/G/Q family puts the connections and mixing components inside the wall, with only the overhead outlet, hand shower and controls on show. The family is brass, and the ordered component list defines each assembly and finish, so the shower is chosen as one coordinated package.

Overhead Rain & Waterfall Shower Outlets

The overhead assembly offers rain and waterfall modes. Rain distributes water across the showering area; the waterfall outlet creates a broader stream from the overhead unit. Outlet selection changes the showering experience and the required water path. The overhead assembly, outlet control and pipe routing therefore need to be specified together, including whether the chosen control permits separate or combined operation.

Thermostatic Mixing, Outlet Selection & Hand Shower

Temperature adjustment and outlet selection perform different jobs. The CS-1001 family is described with thermostatic mixing, an outlet-mode control and a hand shower. The hand shower adds a movable outlet for directed rinsing; its hose, holder and wall connection belong in the component schedule. The selected valve package establishes the operating conditions and control arrangement for these outlets.

Brass Shower Components, Trim & Finish

CS-1001 brass material basis, overhead rain and waterfall outlets, hand shower and matching control package

Coordinated Shower Trim & Finish

The overhead assembly, controls and hand shower share one finish, chosen to sit with the basin faucet, drain and nearby hardware. The order applies that finish to every component, including any exposed hose connection and holder.

Brass Material Basis & Component Surfaces

The CS-1001 family is brass, and the surface finish is chosen on top. The component schedule lists base material, surface treatment and any accessories with their own materials, so the finish follows every assembly you buy, including parts that sit side by side on the shower wall.

Matching Concealed Valve Body & Controls

The control trim and the concealed mixing or diverter components must belong to one compatible assembly, which sets handle arrangement, trim coverage, outlet functions and installation depth. The quoted package lists the concealed components with the controls, so wall preparation and final fitting follow the same selection.

Concealed Shower Rough-In, Water Supply & Service Access

Finished-Wall Depth & Shower Outlet Positions

The concealed body is positioned relative to the finished wall surface, including substrate, waterproofing, adhesive and tile. Its setting depth and trim dimensions come from the selected assembly. The overhead outlet height and projection, hand-shower position and control centers are coordinated with the shower layout and user reach. These dimensions belong on the same elevation before the wall is closed.

Hot & Cold Supply, Flow & Outlet Routing

The mixing valve needs a compatible hot and cold water supply, and the outlets need the required flow at the available operating pressure. Those requirements follow the ordered valve and overhead assembly. The water-system design also accounts for hot-water capacity and the permitted outlet combinations. Connection size and thread standard are selected with the pipework,.

Valve Service Access, Waterproofing & Retrofit Work

Concealed installation moves the plumbing work behind the finish. The selected valve’s service instructions determine access for maintenance, while the wall detail addresses support and waterproofing around penetrations. In a renovation, the existing valve, pipe locations and wall depth affect the amount of opening and reinstatement work. The new control package is resolved before tile work fixes those interfaces in place.

Concealed Shower System Pricing & Installation

Overhead Assembly, Controls & Hand-Shower Package

The price follows the CS-1001 assembly and the number of shower rooms. Our quotation lists the overhead rain and waterfall unit, controls and hand shower, then the concealed mixing and outlet-control components that match them, with hose, holder, wall connection and fittings as their own lines where needed.

Shower Finish & Repeated Room Selections

The finish applies to every component in each shower room. A repeated bathroom package uses consistent references for the overhead unit, trim and hand shower, with any room that differs noted on its own, and related basin faucets and accessories carry their own models and quantities.

Rough-In Plumbing, Wall Opening & Reinstatement

Site cost covers what the concealed assembly needs: wall preparation, fixing support, hot and cold supplies, outlet pipework and installation, with waterproofing and tile reinstatement part of the bathroom works. A renovation reusing an existing concealed valve differs from a new open wall, and all of this is priced apart from the shower components.

Finish Protection, Component Packing & Delivery

Finished surfaces are protected in packing and site storage. Concealed bodies, trim and small connection parts are labeled by room or package so they stay together from rough-in to final fitting, and packing, freight and delivery follow the actual order quantities and destination. Tell us the rooms and quantities and we will put this on one quote with everything else you are ordering, and show you what fits in a container.

CS-1001 Concealed Shower System FAQs

What is the difference between this concealed shower and an exposed shower system?

The CS-1001 family installs in the wall, with mixing components and pipe connections behind the finished surface and only the overhead outlet, controls and hand shower showing. An exposed system keeps more of the assembly on the wall, so concealed installation means planning wall depth, pipe routing and finish work as well as the fittings.

Which outlets are part of the CS-1001 selection?

The family is described with overhead rain and waterfall modes plus a hand shower, thermostatic mixing and outlet selection. Our quotation identifies the actual overhead assembly, valve and trim, hand shower and associated hose, holder and connections. Component quantities and included fittings follow that itemized package.

Can the CS-1001 trim replace the controls on an existing concealed valve?

Only with confirmed compatibility between that valve body and the selected trim. Similar-looking controls can use different stems, fixings, installation depths and outlet arrangements. The existing valve identification and its installation information determine whether it can stay or whether the concealed assembly and surrounding wall work need replacement.

Can the rain, waterfall and hand shower run at the same time?

Outlet combinations depend on the selected mixing and diverter arrangement. If combined use is required, the control package, available flow, operating pressure and hot-water capacity need to support that combination before it is included in the order.

Does the thermostatic valve protect against scalding?

Yes. The thermostatic mixer keeps the water at the temperature you set, even when pressure changes elsewhere in the building, which prevents sudden hot surges. Tell us the certification your market requires, such as CE or WaterMark, and we confirm which valves carry it.

What information is needed for a concealed shower quotation?

Send the number of shower rooms, the bathroom elevation or layout, finish requirements and delivery destination, plus the finished wall build-up, outlet positions, water-supply conditions and connection requirements. We list shower components apart from site plumbing, waterproofing, tiling and installation, so it is clear what each trade covers.
