What are the selected panel size and mounting heights?
The custom enclosure is 1200 mm high × 220 mm wide, with 110 mm body projection and 400 mm maximum overhead reach. Its bottom is set at 850 mm and top at 2050 mm above the finished floor. These are made-to-order dimensions for this enclosure, confirmed on the approval drawing.
What water-inlet layout does the custom panel use?
The selected requirement is two rear G1/2 parallel connections at 150 mm centers and 1000 mm above the finished floor, hot on the left when facing the panel. Existing supplies must also match the approved assembly’s pressure, flow and sealing arrangement.
Does the 304 stainless steel specification apply to every component?
The panel enclosure is 304 stainless steel, and the valves, cartridges, hose, handset and connection fittings each have their own specified materials and references.
What changes when I add the body-spray package?
Two 100 × 180 mm perforated body-spray zones are added to the panel face, centered at 1000 and 1700 mm above the floor. A three-position selector replaces the two-position selector. The two zones operate together as one mode, while the enclosure, overhead spray, hand shower and mounting heights remain the same.
Can all outlets run together, and is the mixer thermostatic?
The mode selector runs one group at a time: overhead, hand shower, or the paired body zones in the three-mode package. Temperature is mixed manually and flow has its own control; for thermostatic mixing or several outlets at once, we would specify a thermostatic panel.
Which parts need approval before the panel is ordered?
Order approval needs the dimensioned enclosure and inlet setout, support and bracket layout, mixer and selector references, hose and handset fittings and pressure and flow information, all matched to the two- or three-mode configuration and the site supplies. Substrate anchors, waterproofing, pipe alterations and installation are site work.
