Hand-Braided Jute Area Rugs with Coiled Construction
The selected braid material is 100% jute, with a natural warm-tan fiber appearance. The interlaced strands form a nominal 15 mm-wide braid. Fiber shade and braid consistency are retained as material references for the rug order.
The braid is coiled from the center and sewn between adjacent courses. Polyester joining thread is a separate component from the jute braid. The selected rug body has an 8 mm nominal thickness, with the course connections maintaining the chosen finished format.
The outer braided course is sewn closed around the perimeter. Its joining detail and finished outline are recorded with the rug reference. The coiled face and perimeter belong to one loose rug, with any room accessories on their own supply lines.
The default format is a finished 2000 × 3000 mm oval. Its longer axis establishes the orientation on the room plan. The same natural jute braid, polyester joining thread and selected nominal thickness continue through the complete oval body.
The alternate is a round rug with a 2400 mm finished diameter. It retains the coiled construction and closed outer course, with the central coil and surrounding courses arranged for the circular outline.
Both formats use the selected natural warm-tan jute appearance. The order retains a fiber and braid reference alongside the stitching and perimeter details. Rug format and room orientation remain distinct entries from the material selection.

Use the complete outside dimensions on the room layout. The oval is 2000 × 3000 mm; the round format is 2400 mm in diameter. Locate furniture legs, chair movement and adjoining walking routes relative to the selected perimeter.
The selected rug body is 8 mm thick nominally. Coordinate this with door movement, floor transitions and the planned furniture arrangement. A rug pad, chosen on its own, adds its own material and thickness to the floor-layer schedule.
Mark the oval long axis on the room plan and identify the round format by its center position. Keep item labels with the selected format and material reference. The packing schedule records handling, face protection and the selected delivery presentation for each rug.
List the selected oval or round format as an individual rug unit. Include the jute braid body, sewn course connections and closed outer braided edge in that item reference.
The specification identifies 100% jute for the braid and polyester for the joining thread. State the 15 mm nominal braid width, 8 mm nominal rug thickness and retained warm-tan fiber reference.
Allocate the finished rug formats by room and quantity. Any selected rug pad has its own material, thickness, size and supply line, coordinated with the complete room footprint.
Include finished-outline tolerances, outer-course stitching and the retained material reference in the order schedule. Identify room labels, face protection and delivery packing for each selected rug format.
A selected jute braid is coiled from the center and sewn between adjacent courses. The outer braided course is sewn closed, producing the finished oval or round outline.
The 100% jute requirement applies to the braid. Polyester joining thread is specified for the sewn connections between courses and the closed outer edge.
The default rug is a 2000 × 3000 mm finished oval. The alternate is 2400 mm in finished diameter. Both retain the selected natural jute braid, polyester joining thread and 8 mm nominal body thickness.
It is the selected nominal width of the braided strip that forms the coiled body. The finished rug dimensions describe the complete outside perimeter, including its closed outer course.
A selected pad has its own material, size and thickness entry. Add that layer to the nominal 8 mm rug body when coordinating doors, floor transitions and the furniture layout.
List the selected format, room quantities and furniture footprint. Include the fiber and braid reference, joining and perimeter details, finished-outline tolerances, any separate pad and the required delivery packing.
