1200 mm Fixed Length
The main board is 1200 × 90 × 20 mm. Its fixed length, plain ends and continuous long-edge grooves are carried on the joist and clip layout.
Solid Teak Clip-Fixed Terrace Floorboards
Each board uses teak through its full 20 mm thickness, with a 90 mm face and square ends. The natural-oil finish brings out the wood grain across the face and exposed edges.
A 4 mm-high groove runs 5 mm into each long edge. Centering that groove within the 20 mm board leaves 8 mm of wood above and below it for the matched fixing detail.
Matched stainless clips engage the side grooves and set 4 mm clear gaps between neighboring boards. The resulting repeated left-edge pitch is 94 mm for a 90 mm board face.

The main board is 1200 × 90 × 20 mm. Its fixed length, plain ends and continuous long-edge grooves are carried on the joist and clip layout.
The 1800 mm format extends the same section and gap pattern along a longer run. End joints and support locations follow the terrace board schedule.
The 2400 mm format retains the 90 mm face and 20 mm thickness. Its handling, end cuts and support positions are identified with the longer board reference.
| Board timber and finish | Solid teak through 20 mm thickness; natural-oil face |
|---|---|
| Fixed board length | 1200 L × 90 W × 20 T mm solid teak ·4 mm side gap |
| Face and overall thickness | 90 W × 20 T mm |
| Long-edge grooves | 4 H × 5 deep mm, centered; 8 mm wood above and below |
| Clear side gap | 4 mm with matched stainless clip/spacer |
| Repeated pitch and field width | 94 mm pitch; ten boards +nine gaps =936 mm |
| Fixing interface | Side-groove clips, board ends and joist supports on terrace layout |
| Supply unit | One length-scheduled board; matched clips and supporting components itemized by run |
The supporting layout positions joists, board ends, edge members and clip lines. Joist spans, connections and required structural data are matched to the actual terrace and board assembly.
For a field of n boards, the width is 90n + 4(n − 1) mm before perimeter allowances. Ten boards and nine side gaps therefore occupy 936 mm, a little less than ten full 94 mm pitches.
The terrace detail locates perimeter movement, drainage, board-end joints and exposed cut edges. Timber grade, moisture reference, oil treatment and the matched groove/clip sample remain with the order.
List 1200, 1800 or 2400 mm boards against each terrace run. Include cut lengths, end joints, retained spare boards and the 90 mm face takeoff.
Quote solid teak, 20 mm thickness, 90 mm face and centered 4 × 5 mm side grooves. The accepted material reference records natural grain, grade, edge finish and oil appearance.
Count matched stainless clips from the board/joist intersection layout. End fixings, perimeter details, joist members and attachment hardware have their own schedule lines.
Support boards during packing and protect the finished faces and grooved edges. Mark lengths, run references, board/clip counts and destination on the bundle schedule.
The solid-teak board has a 90 mm face and 20 mm overall thickness. The three fixed lengths are 1200, 1800 and 2400 mm, all with square ends.
Each centered long-edge groove is 4 mm high and 5 mm deep. The 20 mm section leaves 8 mm of wood above and 8 mm below the groove.
The matched stainless clip/spacer sets a 4 mm clear side gap. That gives a 94 mm repeated pitch from one board edge to the next.
Use 90 mm for each board and 4 mm for each internal gap. Ten boards have nine gaps, so their width is 900 +36 =936 mm before perimeter allowances.
The terrace plan locates board/joist intersections, end joints and perimeter fixings. Clips are counted from that layout, with support and attachment details assigned to the actual construction.
The order retains teak grade and natural variation, moisture reference, oil appearance, exposed-edge finish and a matched groove/clip sample. Board lengths, spares, packing and run labels use those same references.
