Do you have a minimum order?

It depends on the category, and your project manager will tell you plainly when you ask. Mixed containers are normal for us, so a small quantity of one product is rarely a problem if it travels with the rest of your order.

Can you work to my architect's specification?

Yes, and please send it. If it names a board grade, hardware brand or emissions standard we will quote to it, or tell you honestly that we cannot meet it rather than substitute quietly.

Do you help with installation?

Drawings go in the carton, labeled by room and unit, and our technical team will get on a video call with your fitter while they are standing there. Sending someone to site is possible and quoted separately.

What if something arrives damaged?

Photograph it and the packaging, send us the order reference and the item, and we will sort it. Keep the carton labels — if a transport claim is needed, those photographs are what make it work.

Can I visit before ordering?

Yes, and we would rather you did. Our showroom floors are in our 25-floor headquarters in Foshan, about forty minutes from Guangzhou airport. We will collect you and help with the hotel.

What languages do you work in?

English throughout, including drawings, quotations and inspection reports.

What do you need from me to quote?

A floor plan, a BOQ line, or photographs of the room with a tape measure in them. You do not need a finished specification — we will draw anything that has to be made to size and send it to you for approval.

Can I order more than one category?

That is the point of us. Cabinets, tile, sanitary ware, lighting and furniture come on one quote and leave in one container under one bill of lading.

A Mixed Production Network

The publicly described network includes owned factories, invested partners, and commissioned manufacturers. Production responsibility follows the particular category and order.

How is a project priced?

Your project manager quotes it after seeing the plan, because the honest answer depends on sizes, finishes and hardware. The quotation is itemized so you can see what each part costs and what is not included.

How long does it take?

Drawings first, then your approval, then production, then shipping. Your quotation carries the dates for your specific order. We would rather give you a date we will hit than one you want to hear.
