Straight, curved, modular and power-reclining sofas, lounge chairs, ottomans, benches and stone or wood occasional tables furnish living rooms and lobbies. We plan seating and tables together, including curved pieces that sit away from the wall.

Dining tables in wood, stone and pedestal designs come with matching chairs, bar stools and banquettes. We match seat heights to table and counter heights so every chair works with its table.

Beds, headboards, mattresses, nightstands, dressers and dressing vanities form complete bedroom sets. We size the bed to the mattress and check drawers and bedside tables against the room.

Desks, workstations, office chairs, meeting and banquet furniture and reception pieces furnish workplaces; outdoor lounge, dining and daybed ranges are built in materials for outdoor use.
Solid timber, wood veneer and engineered board are different builds, and we state which is used on tops, frames and fronts. Board is E1, with CARB Phase 2 and FSC timber available.
Natural marble and travertine, stone-look surfaces, glass and metal bases are listed one by one for each table, so you know exactly what you are buying.
Covers include fabric, bouclé, chenille, leather, microfiber and synthetic leather. Contract seating can be upholstered to CAL TB117-2013, and we list cover, foam, frame and any mechanism for each piece.

Upholstered seating, stone tables and bedroom storage are made and handled differently. We list each product with its quantity, so you compare items instead of a room allowance.
Solid wood, veneer, leather, fabric and stone each change the price. One color scheme can still mean several different constructions.
Modular sections, power recliners, storage beds and adjustable desks add parts. We quote the full configuration and its functions.
Large stone pieces, long sofas and assembled cabinets need different protection. We pack by room, ready to ship with the rest of your FF&E.
Send room plans and the furniture you need for each room type, with quantities. A mood board is enough to start.
We match seat heights, table clearances, mattress sizes and the open positions of recliners and drawers.
You approve fabrics, finishes and samples; we confirm each piece's build and whether it ships assembled or flat.
Every piece is labeled with its product code and room, and packed so a room can be furnished in one go.
Yes. Each piece keeps its code, room, quantity and finish, so bedroom, dining and office furniture ship together and are easy to sort on arrival.
Ask whether each part is solid wood, veneer or a printed surface; we state it on every quote. Then compare physical finish samples for grain, tone and sheen.
Seat height and depth for seating, knee space for tables, inside sizes for storage. These working dimensions usually decide fit before the outside size does.
Yes. Each piece is listed on its own, so you can mix table sizes, chair quantities, upholstery and bases.
Yes, from single pieces to whole-building FF&E packages. We build to your finish and fabric references, with E1 boards and CAL TB117-2013 upholstery available.
Room plans, an item list with quantities, size preferences and finish direction. Note repeated room types, the delivery address, access limits and whether you need assembly.
